SHIPPING INFORMATION

Fast Dependable Shipping – In-Stock Orders are Shipped the Same Day!

Place your order by 3:00 PM Eastern and we’ll ship your in-stock order the SAME DAY. This means you get fast delivery….many times, overnight! In some cases, it may be necessary to have your items sent to you directly from the Vendor. These orders can sometimes take up to 3-5 days for delivery.

All orders are confirmed within 24 hours by email including merchandise total, tax (if applicable) and shipping. We collect State and District sales and use tax on all merchandise orders. Tax estimates shown during checkout may differ from the final Tax amount calculated during processing. Shipments are delivered during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Orders are shipped via a Ground Carrier unless special shipping options are required or selected.

If your order is being shipped to an address within the Continental United States, it should arrive within approximately 1-5 business days. Shipments are delivered during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday through Friday, except Holidays.

Shipping & Shipping Charges

Freight is calculated from the Distribution Center closest to you (or from the manufacturer if shipped Factory Direct). Minimum Shipping Charge is $8.95 per order.

A physical street address is required for all deliveries. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Freight Forwarders, or mailbox services.

International Orders

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we cannot ship equipment or printer supplies outside the United States.

Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-263-1640 to order items eligible for export. Additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be levied once your shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Truck Shipments

Most products ship via UPS, but certain large or heavy items require shipment via Common Carrier Truck Service. All quotations for Truck Shipment deliveries will be faxed or emailed to you for your approval prior to shipping. Your signature of approval is required on this quotation before we are able to process your order. Delivery is to physical addresses in 50 United States only. Limited delivery available to Alaska and Hawaii – email or call us for details. Sorry, we can’t ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders.

Advance Notification

Advance notice from the Trucking Company of specific delivery time (No Charge.)

Lift-Gate Service

A charge by the carrier to provide a truck equipped with a lift-gate for one person to unload the merchandise off the back of the truck. This is required if you do not have a loading dock or forklift at the delivery address for removal of merchandise from the truck.

Inside Delivery

Available for commercial addresses only, this charge is by the carrier for delivery beyond your loading dock or your building’s entry way. If your office is not on the ground floor, a freight elevator or elevator large enough to accommodate the shipment, must be available. Multiple items may require additional charges if more personnel are needed.

Residential Delivery

This is a charge by the carrier for sending a special truck to deliver into a residential neighborhood and is required for deliveries into a Residential area. Delivery is into the garage only. (Sorry, Inside Delivery Service not available for Residential). This service includes Delivery Notification to schedule delivery appointment.

Damaged Shipments

*Please Note: All damages MUST be reported within 5 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for any damages reported after 5 days.

Via UPS or Ground Service – Please open all shipments and inspect upon receipt. Verify that you have received the items you ordered (small items may be packed inside larger items to help reduce your shipping costs.) If any items are damaged, please notify us immediately Toll-Free at 1-800-263-1640 and we’ll arrange to have your shipment picked up at no cost to you. Please be sure to save all original packaging and cartons.

Via Truck – Please inspect all cartons upon delivery and note any exposed or inside damage immediately on the freight bill. Please do not refuse your shipment! Accept the shipment from the carrier and if there is a problem, please notify our Customer Service Department immediately by calling Toll-Free 1-800-263-1640. APO/FPO Addresses, Puerto Rico & other U.S. Territories: Please contact us for freight quotes to these destinations.

Shipment Discrepancies

*Please Note: All shipment discrepancies MUST be reported with 5 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for any missing items reported after 5 days.

Freight Forwarders & Mailbox Services

We do not ship to freight forwarders or mailbox service. If your Ship-To address is found to be a freight forwarder or mailbox service, your order will be placed on hold for review. Attempts to violate this policy may result in account suspension.
