RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days in new condition (and in it’s original packaging) for a merchandise refund, credit or replacement. Returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Made to order items are non-returnable once production has started. Personal protective equipment, such as face shields, respirators, and visors are non-returnable once shipped, to comply with health and safety policies. Accessorial services including, but not limited to Liftgate, Installation, and Artwork Setup fees are non-refundable. Please be sure to email us or call for authorization first:

Returns or Exchanges
Products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition (in original packaging, complete as new) within 30 days. Return Authorization is required for all returns. Please call us Toll-Free at 1-800-263-1640 for RGA (Return Goods Authorization). Returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
After 30 days, items may not be returned unless defective. Defective Returns are subject and limited to Manufacturer’s Warranty or shelf life period for replacement only. Ammonia is not returnable.
To insure proper handling of your credit or refund once an RGA is issued, merchandise must be received at an Authorized ARC Document Solutions Company Returns Warehouse within 15 days. Goods returned after 15 days of RGA issuance or without proper authorization or returned to the wrong warehouse are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
Merchandise returns such as furniture and filing equipment are subject to Manufacturer’s Re-Stocking fees. Software and Special Order items are not returnable unless defective and are then subject to Manufacturer’s Warranties.
Damaged Shipments
*Please Note: All damages MUST be reported within 5 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for any damages reported after 5 days.
Via UPS or Ground Service – Please open all shipments and inspect upon receipt. Verify that you have received the items you ordered (small items may be packed inside larger items to help reduce your shipping costs.) If any items are damaged, please notify us immediately Toll-Free at 1-800-263-1640 and we’ll arrange to have your shipment picked up at no cost to you. Please be sure to save all original packaging and cartons.
Via Truck – Please inspect all cartons upon delivery and note any exposed or inside damage immediately on the freight bill. Please do not refuse your shipment! Accept the shipment from the carrier and if there is a problem, please notify our Customer Service Department immediately by calling Toll-Free 1-800-263-1640. APO/FPO Addresses, Puerto Rico & other U.S. Territories: Please contact us for freight quotes to these destinations.
Shipment Discrepancies
